TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to anyone aged 13 and over. Employees of Aviation for Aviators, their family members, or anyone else connected with this giveaway may not enter the giveaway.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and represents and warrants that the contestant meets the eligibility requirements. In addition, the contestant agrees to accept the decisions of Aviation for Aviators as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.
3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting from the date of the announcement and ending on Friday 30/06/2023 at 11:59 GMT.
4. How to Enter: The giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided. The entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Aviation for Aviators.
5. Prizes: The winner will receive an A350 aircraft model. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Aviation for Aviators. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection of the winner. Aviation for Aviators shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
7. Rights Granted by Contestants: By entering this content, the contestant understands and agrees that Aviation for Aviators, anyone acting on behalf of Aviation for Aviators, and Aviation for Aviators’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, the contestant’s entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
8. Terms & Conditions: Aviation for Aviators reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Aviation for Aviators’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
